Classes & Times

With 24 classes a week on offer, a dedicated class floor, spin studio and zen room - we’ve something for everyone. Oh and here’s a tip - if you can’t get booked on your favourite class, join the smart ‘Waiting List’ that will slot you in and notify you as soon as a space becomes available so you don’t miss out - you’re welcome.

VF M1ND
M1ND workouts are specifically designed around the “3 TYs” – flexibility, mobility and stability. Each workout draws inspiration from a mix of sports, yoga, calisthenics and rehabilitation with the central theme being the connection between mind and movement.

VF Full Body Workout

A full body workout suitable for all levels of fitness.

Monday - 9:15-10:00am with Heidi (class floor)


VF Spin

Our indoor cycling class just got better with the introduction of new state of the art Keiser bikes with handlebar monitors advising cadence and heart rate, plus Bluetooth connection to a main studio screen for next level group spin! VF Stretch and Mobility

Often overlooked stretching is a crucial ingredient in fitness. Stretching can decrease muscle soreness and back pain whilst at the same time can help to prevent injury. Click here for class preview.

VF Sunday Sweat

Sunday Sweat is a fun and fast paced circuit class. Start your day with our compact and high intensity workout that will hit all muscle groups and burn calories.

VF Fitness Pilates

VF Yoga

Yoga is the unity of the mind and body - in this class you will set an intention, ground and learn breathing techniques, be lead through a full body vinyasa flow and then retreat into meditation - bliss. All levels welcome. Click here for class preview.

VF HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training uses big (compound) movements to get every muscle working together in short intervals to push hard. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, this class will Increase speed, power and endurance, boost metabolic rate (helping you burn fat faster), improve muscle tone and reduce body fat. VF Circuits

Circuit training is a high intensity, fast-paced workout that can help tone your body and shed fat. These classes are high energy and fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.

VF Strength to the Max

Focusing on strength is a great way to increase muscle mass and improve functional performance, as well as bone density, structure, and strength. We all get older but this type of training helps to slow down some of the unwanted side effects!

VF Bootcamp

A high-intensity workout that will get you heart pounding and muscles aching. You will burn calories, improve your strength and increase your aerobic stamina with this full body workout. Click here for class preview.

VF Ultimate shred

Alternating between resistance training and HIIT - you’ll move from lifting weights into high intensity bodyweight movements. The perfect class for those wanting to lose weight and build muscle.
