Victoria Hall

Victoria qualified as a personal and nutritional adviser in 2010. She set up Marina Bootcamps in Dubai, taught spin classes and became a strength and conditioning coach for the world champion dragon boat team, Dragon Fire. Returning to the UK, her passion now lies with teaching and group excercise bringing her coaching expertise into the classes.

Natalie Ridehalgh

Natalie is a PT, Spin and fitness pilates instructor and sports therapy trained. She has been in the health and fitness industry for over 22 years. She believes fitness is for everyone and enjoys working with clients that are restarting their fitness journey or just starting out. Her classes are fun, friendly and filled with music and suitable for all abilities.

I am a Personal Trainer Specialist in all aspects of strength and conditioning including pre and post natal. I have been teaching a wide variety of classes since 2017 and providing personal training for the last three years. I am passionate about helping my clients build confidence in the gym and themselves.

Kacey Potts

Kacey is a fully qualified level 3 PT as well as a level 2 fitness instructor. She started coaching sports in schools and decided to focus on helping people build strength, confidence and a happy healthy relationship with themselves. Kacey specialises in peri menopausal and menopause clients. She is working towards level 4 sports massage, physio and rehabilitation and also level 3 nutrition.

She offers Dry Cupping, IASTM (scar tissue scraping tools), assisted stretching and a whole host of manipulation and massage techniques. Amy also offers Pregnancy massage to all pregnant mothers. It wasn’t until after various jobs she decided to gain her Pilates qualification from Professional Fitness Education (Modern Pilates). She’s passionate about helping people to improve their lifestyle and fitness. Her classes focus on posture, core strength, flexibility, mobility and all-round body conditioning.

Vicki is a qualified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and her hobbies include horse riding, mountain biking, walking and Yoga. She is qualified in Iyengar Yoga from the Ramamani Iyengar Institute in Pune India to teach Asanas and Pranayama. She was introduced to Iyengar Yoga and decided to embark on a training course and qualified.  My goal is to show through regular practice of postures, we can integrate and harmonies the mind and body. This style of yoga increases suppleness, strength and stamina and improves posture, concentration and an overall feeling of wellbeing.
