An aerobic fitness class that concentrates on toning and strengthening the legs, bums and stomach area. Improving muscle tone, stamina and overall fitness and all designed to great music. Putting the body in the best fat burning zone possible.
VF Fitness Pilates
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way. It increases muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and bottom….. these being the core muscles of the body. It improves stability of your spine. Increases flexibility and improves mobility. Pilates is mat work based.
VF M1ND
M1ND workouts are specifically designed around the “3 TYs” – flexibility, mobility and stability. Each workout draws inspiration from a mix of sports, yoga, calisthenics and rehabilitation with the central theme being the connection between mind and movement.
VF L1FT
L1FT workouts involve high repetitions of relatively low weights (bar and weight plates or dumbbells), which reduces the chance of injury but still allows you to access the many benefits of resistance training: Build lean muscle mass. Increased muscle mass = increased fat burning power.

VF Spin
Our indoor cycling class just got better with the introduction of new state of the art Keiser bikes with handlebar monitors advising cadence and heart rate, plus Bluetooth connection to a main studio screen for next level group spin! Circuit training is a high intensity, fast-paced workout that can help tone your body and shed fat. These classes are high energy and fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.
